About West Coast Regional Council
West Coast Regional Council is a regional council: it owns flood-protection rating-district scheme assets (stopbanks, floodgates, drains) plus monitoring bores. It does NOT own three-waters reticulation, which the Buller, Grey and Westland district councils run.
